I received my training in London at the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Academy and am a BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist. Over the past few years, I have built a solid foundation of clinical skills, working across various settings, including prestigious rehabilitation centres and charities in London. My work in these facilities focused on addiction and complex trauma, equipping me with a depth of experience in managing acute psychological challenges.
I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a structured, evidence-based approach that has been proven effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. In my private practice, I work primarily with clients navigating family dynamics, women’s issues, self-esteem challenges, maladaptive coping strategies and grief resulting from suicide. My diverse therapeutic expertise enables me to provide empathetic, client-centred care tailored to address complex psychological needs.
